We can provide refunds and exchanges if the condition is defective or damaged however we cannot accept returns as the product is used for food consumption.
Exchanges & Refunds due to item condition -
We only replace or refund items if they are defective or damaged. We require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges:
If you need to exchange a product for the same item, send us an email at sales@litecup.com detailing the product issue. We'll respond and may request that you send your item to: 104 Felsham Road, London, GB, SW15 1DQ.
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange request by email.
If accepted we will confirm delivery of replacement by email.
Refunds:
If you would prefer a refund then send us an email at sales@litecup.com detailing the product issue. We'll respond and may request that you send your item to: 104 Felsham Road, London, GB, SW15 1DQ.
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund by email.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping
If requested to return your product, you should mail your product to: 104 Felsham Road, London, GB, SW15 1DQ
You may be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
