Litecup Active launches on Kickstarter

Litecup Active – the first spill-proof 600ml sports bottle that lights up in the dark, has launched  on crowd funding site Kickstarter.

 The 360° valve offers an almost entirely natural drinking experience and has been awarded a patent covering its design and functionality. Its ergonomically designed components come apart easily and are completely dishwasher safe (with the litebase removed). Importantly, they’re also BPA-free. Litecup Active comes with an optional travel lid for added security and hygiene and it has a stainless steel ring with carabineer, so it can be easily clipped to any backpack.

 Creative Director Gavin Reay says: “We’ve had a lot of requests from customers and distributors internationally for an ‘adult’ version of Litecup, with extra functionality. We see huge potential and we’re hopeful that following a successful Kickstarter campaign we can bring Litecup Active to a global audience”.

Litecup is hoping to raise £20,000 within 30 days on Kickstarter, to fund the new tooling and production needed to bring Litecup Active to life and to the market.
